1. Brand and Intellectual Property

The Classic Land Realty brand, the classiclandrealtyllc.com domain, the website’s design, copy, photography, code, and the customer database it generates are the exclusive property of Classic Land Realty LLC. No partner, vendor, contractor, affiliate, or third party acquires any ownership interest, license, or right to copy, export, or reuse any of the foregoing by virtue of working with Classic Land Realty LLC on one or more land transactions.

2. Agency & Affiliate Disclosure

Classic Land Realty LLC is a licensed real estate entity. Thomas Claycomb is a licensed Realtor in Kentucky affiliated with eXp Realty (eXp Realty in Heart of Kentucky, 2303 Hurstbourne Village Dr. Ste 300, Louisville, KY 40299). Properties listed on this site as “Owner Financed” are owned by affiliated partnership entities in which Thomas Claycomb may have an ownership interest. The partnership entity acting as seller-of-record is identified on each listing detail page. Traditional MLS listings represent third-party sellers and are governed by applicable Fair Housing and KREC requirements.

3. No Guarantee of Listing Availability

Listings, prices, and financing terms are subject to change without notice. Inventory is sold first-come, first-served. The display of a parcel on this site does not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is created only upon execution of a written Land Sales Agreement by both parties.

4. Financing Calculator Disclaimer

Monthly payment, total interest, and total-paid figures shown by the financing calculator are estimates for informational purposes only. Final terms are governed solely by the Promissory Note and Amortization Schedule signed at closing.

5. Buyer Obligations

From the date of contract execution, the buyer is responsible for property taxes, insurance (where applicable), and compliance with all local zoning, building, and land-use ordinances. The buyer acknowledges they are purchasing land subject to all existing easements, mineral rights, and recorded encumbrances disclosed at closing.

6. Privacy

Information you submit through email or phone is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to administer any resulting transaction. We do not sell or share buyer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
